Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We aim to post all orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties.
If you do not receive your order within 10 working days from the date of despatch, please contact us at hello@indiahomestore.co.uk
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs. We can not be held responsible if you provide an incorrect address at time of checkout.
Returns
You have 14 days to return your items from the day you receive it. Please repack your items carefully, making sure all original tags and packaging are in tact. Please include your order number and the reason the items are being returned. Please send to the address below and keep proof of postage.
Return Address
India Home Store, Fox Hollow, Long Hill Road, Ascot Berkshire SL5 8RD.
We will refund up to £10 in postage costs only if the items were dispatched incorrectly or if the items are faulty. Please provide a recipe of postage.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we receive the return. Items should be returned in a new unused condition with original labels attached. Where possible, please return in the original packaging. Refunds will only be given if they comply with our returns policy.
Returns Policy
Items must be unused. All tags must be attached and intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items bought from an independent retailer must be returned to them directly.
